Interview with Cesar and Tom

JM: How many different blocks were there?
Cesar: Not sure how many floors there were, but each floor had a east and west. Like 6E was 6th floor East side of the building. I think there were nine floors. But first two or three floors were offices and intake areas.
Tom: THE SPOKANE COUNTY JAIL IS ENDLESS, YOU COULD NOT LIST ALL OF THE BLOCKS THAT ARE IN USE AT THIS TIME

JM: Did they have names? If so, what were they?
Cesar: Yes, there are floors and then there were assigned east and west.
Tom: OF COURSE THEY HAVE NAMES BUT AT THIS POINT I DO NOT RECALL ALL OF THEM

JM: Which inmates were housed in the different blocks?
Cesar: I am not sure, I was just concerned with mine. And where I was there were every type of crime except violent crime.
Tom: DEPENDING ON THE LEVEL OF YOUR CRIME DEPENDS ON WHERE YOU WILL GO

JM: What do you remember being the nicest and worst parts about the different blocks?
Cesar: I was only in one block so I really don't know the differences.
Tom: EVERY THING WOULD BE KEPT VERY CLEAN KIND OF LIKE IF YOU WERE IN THE MILITARY, IF YOU HAVE HAD REAL MILITARY EXPERIENCE IT WILL BE EASIER FOR YOU TO ACCEPT YOUR PUNISHMENT

what was each of ur cells like? what was in them and so forth?
